A Little bit about Sue

After leaving a highly stressful job in the NHS in 2005, I felt totally lost, had low self-esteem and didn’t know where I was going with my life.

I had always been interested in Complementary Therapies and booked a couple of aromatherapy massages. I felt so much better after them I decided I wanted to learn more. I started to do some

meditation which helped me to calm and centre myself. I enrolled on an Indian Head Massage course and loved both giving and receiving the massages. I got great satisfaction feeling people relax as I did the massage. I was less stressed and more focused. I wanted to do something to help people, who had been in my situation, so very

stressed, no confidence, low self esteem and I knew Complementary Therapies could help.

I decided to retrain in Complementary Therapies and qualified in 2007. I am fully qualified and insured to provide both Adult and Children’s Reflexology, Aromatherapy Massage, Indian Head Massage, Hopi Ear Candles and Reiki. I am also

a local Ambassador for Tropic Skincare Ltd whose products are all made from natural ingredients, vegan and cruelty free.

Until 2010 I worked with the NHS and Job Centre to provide Relaxation Therapies to clients on Incapacity Benefit as part of the

Condition Management Programme.

I love to help people take charge of their own health and wellbeing and encourage everyone to make time for themselves (even busy parents)!

life is better when you're
pain-free..
